Arapahoe County Crime Blotter: Man won’t stop texting his ex-girlfriend, get arrested for it

“Troll face” said stop. A woman reported that her ex-boyfriend was texting her nasty messages Oct. 26 and refused to stop. The victim, a resident of the 5600 block of Elmwood Street, Littleton, showed officers a string of texts spanning six hours. Her ex called her “troll face” and accused her of sleeping around. The officer told her to demand he stop texting one more time. When he did not, police went to his address and arrested him for harassment.

Dental damage. A fight was reported Nov. 1 in the parking lot of Littleton Gas Express, 1009 Littleton Blvd., Littleton. Two men who witnessed the incident said an acquaintance of their’s got in an argument with another man at a nearby park. The man followed them to the gas station. When their friend went outside, the other man punched him several times and knocked out a tooth. Their friend then left on foot. They did not have contact information for him.

Garage raider runs off. On Oct. 25, a husband and wife walked into their garage in the 7700 block of South Hill Drive, Littleton, and discovered an unknown man bent over, reaching into the driver side door of one of their cars. Once spotted, the man ran to a waiting truck that sped away. The wife’s work ID was stolen but that’s it.

Walmart wailing. An officer responded to reports of a verbal argument in the parking lot of Walmart,3615 W. Bowles Ave., Littleton, on Oct. 30. On scene, he saw a man and woman screaming at each other outside a silver sedan. It was determined no physical violence had occurred. The woman left the scene and the investigation was closed.
