Fort Collins Police are investigating after a train hit and killed a pedestrian near the Spring Creek Trail on Sunday.
Police responded to a call reporting that someone had been struck at 2:34 a.m., police said.
Officers found the body of a 42-year-old Fort Collins man on the west side of Creekside Park.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Officer Drew Jurkofsky at 970-416-2224.
