A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder in a fatal Grand Junction stabbing last week.
Terrence Richardson was taken into custody Friday in the Dec. 5 .
Mesa County jail records show Richardson is being held in lieu of $250,000 bail.
Fettig was discovered on the ground and with blood on his face Dec. 5 in the A&W Mobile Home Park on the 2800 block of North Avenue. When officers arrived, Fettig was dead.
The Mesa County coroner has ruled Fettig’s death a homicide by stab wounds.
“The arrest warrant for Richardson remains sealed by the Court, and no additional details regarding the circumstances of his involvement in this case are available at this time,” Grand Junction police say.
An investigation into the killing remains active and ongoing.
