After an argument, he pulled his sister by her hair, hitting her head on a beam on the porch. The man then threw a chair, striking his sister’s boyfriend in the head. His brother got involved, shoving him to the ground in a way that temporarily left him without feeling in his extremities. He was transported to the hospital and arrested for assault.
