The dog parks have become dog toilets and so have our once clean city parks, bike paths, and lawns that front our homes. The dog parks smell like a urine pit in the summer, are full of droppings, and when near streams and ponds the droppings contaminate the water. Let’s stop being in denial. The bike and walk paths are also littered with droppings, and whose front lawn escapes piles of poop? How did it become a right to have your dog urinate and poop on other’s property and our parks and sidewalks: disgusting! “Dog lovers” live in a bubble where dog poop and urination are accepted and problem free.
