Denver International Airport had a record-setting November, with 4.7 million passengers passing through the airport. That was up 311,952 over November 2015.
A total of 4,695,897 passengers passed through the airport in November. Year-to-date passenger traffic at the airport through November totaled 53,441,291, 8.1 percent higher than during the first 11 months of 2015.
November was the 15th consecutive record-setting month for passenger airport traffic, a streak that dates back to September 2015.
Airport officials estimate that passenger traffic the 55 million mark for the first time in history on Dec. 11.
