Sliced deli meats served at Dion’s restaurants have been recalled over listeria concerns.
The products, which possibly are contaminated by listeria monocytogenes, include roast beef, ham, pastrami and turkey, according to the the state Department of Public Health and Environment.
The suspect meats were produced by the Peter DeFries Corp. of Albuquerque between Dec. 14 and 29 and possibly were available through Jan. 4. The meats were used on pizzas, salads and open-faced sandwiches at Dion’s restaurants.
Dion’s operates in Aurora, Commerce City and Colorado Springs plus other locations in New Mexico and Texas.
