Getting your player ready...

All self-respecting Coloradoans are familiar with Oskar Blues Brewery, but what about Oskar Blues Fooderies? (Their word, not ours. But we dig it.) Well familiarize away at the new CHUBurgerRiNo/Hotbox Roasters Cafe combo at 35th and Larimer.

A little uneasy about the burger and coffee twofer? What if we told you that they also serve beer and doughnuts? So really it’s a fourfer, and those four things are all really good. Heck, you could make a whole day of it. Start with Hotbox’s nitro cold brew coffee (or a coffee-infused beer; who are we to judge?) and a smattering of doughnuts. There are 13 flavors from which to choose, including some made with — paging Homer Simpson — beer!

Next, grab a BERKburger, which is a heritage Berkshire pork patty topped with blue cheese butter and bacon. Don’t forget a side of hand-cut fries with shishito peppers and then wash it all down with your favorite Oskar Blues brew. Repeat as needed.
