The 19-year-old man during a Westminster police chase that left a bystander dead last year has pleaded guilty to four felony counts for his role in the case.
, on Jan. 12, admitted to aggravated motor vehicle theft, theft and vehicular eluding in the March 2016 wreck near the intersection of Wadsworth Parkway and West 94th Avenue, court records show.
Daigle is scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 27, according to prosecutors, at which time he faces up to 18 years in prison.

Authorities believe Daigle was a passenger in the stolen truck on March 8 while it was being chased by officers when the vehicle crossed a roadway median, striking an SUV driven by and killing her. Holman, 33, was from Thornton.
Daigle and was arrested three days later. Several others were also accused in the case.
Court records show other charges against Daigle, including vehicular homicide, were dismissed by prosecutors.
The Ford F-350 that Daigle was accused of helping to steal was pulling a flatbed trailer with two all-terrain vehicles, one of which fell off as the truck’s owner and officers followed, police say.
