A former Colorado Springs police officer pleaded guilty Wednesday to selling counterfeit Denver Broncos gear and other sports items at a metro-area flea market.

David Brian Henrichsen, 41, pleaded guilty in Adams District Court to one count of computer crime to commit theft, a felony, and was fined $7,500, according to an Adams County district attorney’s news release.

Henrichsen was the last defendant in the money-laundering and theft case. The , along with other counterfeit sports gear, was sold at the Mile High Flea Market.

Henrichsen was prosecuted along with Marc Misko, 62; Mitchell Misko, 62; and Glenn Ford, 64, in the illegal enterprise, which operated from November 2006 until January 2015.

“The merchandise was falsely marked and identified as official merchandise,” according to a district attorney’s office media release. The counterfeit items were exported from China and Hong Kong.

The case was investigated, since 2014, by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcementap Homeland Security Investigations and the Economic Crime Unit of the district attorney’s office.
