A 27-year-old man riding his bicycle in Fort Collins was seriously hurt after he was struck by a vehicle Tuesday night in a hit-and-run.
Police say the collision happened about 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of South Lemay Avenue and Columbia Road. Responding officers found the bicyclist hurt in the roadway.
He was taken to the Medical Center of the Rockies, where authorities say he is in stable condition.
Fort Collins police says the vehicle that hit the bicyclist was last seen driving south on Lemay Avenue.
