Titans top Taiders 59-48 in OT at Coliseum for first time in program history

topped for the first time in program history on Friday night, grinding out a 59-48 overtime victory at home in front of a packed crowd at the Coliseum.

Regis Jesuit erased an 8-point fourth quarter deficit to force overtime, but the Titans controlled the extra quarter with a 12-1 advantage en route to the victory.

Sophomore Caleb Tamminga led Legend with 21 points and junior Brody McCord chipped in 14 points, while the Raiders were paced by junior Elijah Martinez (16 points) and sophomore Jamil Safieddine (13 points).

Legend (12-5, 4-2) is in action next on Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. versus Bolder, while Regis Jesuit (9-9, 3-3) plays at Mountain Vista on Feb. 7 at 7 p.m.
