Fired employee makes threats. On Feb. 2, Denver police responded to Colorado Premium, 5140 Race St., after a fired employee threatened to “slice” members of the staff. While escorting the man out of the building, he continued to curse and make threats that he would return. The suspect was located and arrested.

Man hit with BB. A man called police Feb. 3 after he was hit in the back with a BB while standing near the intersection of West 13th Avenue and Fox Street. The man saw the suspected vehicle where the shot had come from and got a license plate number. The incident was captured on video by a nearby surveillance camera, which was requested.

Keys thrown at woman. On Feb. 7, police officers responded to the 1800 block of South Quebec Way after a woman was hit in the face with keys. The woman said she was involved in an altercation with another woman, who threw the keys at her. The other woman said she was hit in the forearm with a bat or stick. Both wanted to file charges and were cited.

Skateboard used in assault.  A man contacted police Feb. 4 after he was assaulted with a skateboard near the intersection of East Colfax Avenue and Pennsylvania Street. The victim and suspect were involved in the dispute at the time the skateboard was used. The suspect was arrested.

Dunkin’ Donuts robbed. On Feb. 5, police responded to an armed robbery at Dunkin’ Donuts, 4761 Tower Road. The cashier noted that two suspects entered and one produced a handgun and demanded money from the register. The men then fled the store on foot with $150.
