Balcony climbing, falling. A drunken man who lives in the 15600 block of East Caspian Circle was banging on his neighbor’s front door, trying to get inside Feb. 11. His neighbor told him to go away, and that he didn’t live there. The suspect then climbed up the man’s third floor balcony. The neighbor yelled out that he was calling police, and the suspect got scared and fell off the balcony and landed on the ground below. He was taken to the hospital.

Terrible house guest. A woman met a man through mutual friends and invited him to crash at her house in the 12100 block of East 30th Avenue while he got back on his feet. She asked him to leave after a few weeks, and he started harassing her via text messages daily. On Jan. 14, he called while police were there. They called his parole officer.

Stolen valuables. A woman called police to Motel 6, 14031 E. Iliff Ave., because a woman staying there said that someone smashed out her car window and stole her laptop, Xbox and a suitcase full of clothes Feb. 9. There are no suspects.

Forgot to pay. Store security at King Soopers, 18211 E. Hampden Ave., apprehended a man who loaded a shopping cart with $200 worth of produce and assorted food and then tried to leave the store without paying. He was cited.

Man pretends to be his brother. Police were called to the 10700 block of East Exposition Avenue because a man and woman were yelling at each other Jan. 13. The male suspect gave officers his brother’s name to hide the fact that he had four warrants. He was arrested.
