When it comes to doughnuts, we are of the mindset that more is definitely more, so we’re super excited that Glazed & Confused — one of the city’s finest purveyors of ringed goodness — is moving to bigger digs in the Stanley Marketplace. With the larger space, Glazed is planning a menu expansion that includes more partnerships, more flavors and more savory offerings.
“A lot of collaborations,” owner Josh Schwab said of what we can expect from the improved Glazed. “New doughnut flavors every month as well.”
Schwab mentioned corned beef kolaches made in conjunction with fellow Stanley tenant Rosenberg’s Bagels, and a possible doughnut ice cream sandwich with Sweet Cow.
A doughnut ice cream sandwich? We’ll just go ahead and have our paychecks direct deposited to Glazed & Confused. The new store is scheduled to open on — very fittingly — 4/20.
