Inside Denver’s newest co-working space, you’ll find much of .

The glass-walled offices sized for one employee or a dozen, hip wall art,high-tech meeting rooms and communal seating areas perfect for an informal team huddle or hunkering down and getting to work solo — it’s all there.

But , which opened to the public Monday, hopes at least one amenity will set it apart from the crowd in a market that’s already home to ,,Ի.

Spaces members get drop-in access to more than 3,000 Regus workplaces in 120-plus countries, a global network that includes traditional serviced-office centers as well as more lifestyle-focused co-working spaces.

“In recent years the biggest demand has been for flexibility and community,” said Michael Berretta, Regus vice president of network development for the Americas, in an e-mail. “People want their work space to fit all of their business needs — private offices for working on important reports and presentations, flexible co-working space for collaboration and meeting space for hosting clients and presentations.”

Denver is the eighth North American location for Regus’ Spaces concept, and plans call for that number to more than double in the coming year, according to a spokeswoman.

The 33,000-square-foot Denver outpost is located at the corner of Park Avenue West and Blake Street in a historic brick building near Coors Field in Lower Downtown. Dedicated offices start at $650 a month, while co-working memberships start at $199.

“Denver is one of the country’s most popular destinations for growing businesses and startups and many of these companies choose to launch from a co-working space like Spaces rather than get locked in to a lease,” Berretta said.

At the heart of the three-level space is a 5,000-square-foot business lounge, where all Spaces Denver members can drop in and work in whatever open spot appeals to them.

There are couches, tables, desks, booths, even plush chairs with equally plush privacy screening on three sides. Board games are scattered throughout the space, and an eye-catching orange metal spiral staircase connects the lounge to the private-office floors above and below.

“Our whole concept is community — community for your team and community for your business,” general manager Sheldon Shadrach said.
