Denver police made one arrest Thursday afternoon after finding a possible methamphetamine laboratory near the University of Denver.
Authorities say the suspected lab is on the 1800 block of South St. Paul Street in the University Park neighborhood.
The Denver Fire Department said it was assisting police.

Technician Raquel Lopez, a police spokeswoman, said Thursday she didn’t immediately have more information on the case. She said she wasn’t sure how investigators came across the lab.
The name of the person arrested has not been released.
