U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet is kicking off two days of town halls across Colorado with a stop Thursday morning in Colorado Springs.

The Democrat will be at the Tesla Education Center, 2560 International Circle, He plans to “listen to Coloradans’ questions and concerns,” according to a news release.

Bennet will then be in Pueblo and Alamosa on Thursday, before heading Friday to Durango and Grand Junction.

The events are the first in-person town halls apparently held by Bennet in a long while.

They come as members of Congress, specifically from the GOP, have and hear their concerns since President Donald Trump took office.
