Columnist Mario Nicolais, described as a constitutional scholar, advocate and law firm managing partner, posits that if Colorado butts heads with the feds over the state’s recreational marijuana situation, “it will only be because [Attorney General Jeff] Sessions created the controversy.”
Not exactly. A more precise conclusion might be because Eric Holder, President Barack Obama’s attorney general, ignored it.
