A man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure after he drove thru a Falcon coffee hut several times, allegedly fondling and exposing himself to a female employee.
The suspect allegedly drove through the business several times Tuesday, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. When the suspect stopped at the drive-thru window, the employee told him to leave.
The same man returned Wednesday, in a white Ford F-150 pickup and allegedly carried out the same acts. A surveillance camera recorded images of the suspect, and the employee obtained the license plate on the truck.
An arrest warrant was issued, and Jose Ramon Visbal Martinez, 43, turned himself in to authorities at about 7 p.m. Wednesday, the sheriff’s office said. Martinez was booked into the El Paso County jail on suspicion of indecent exposure.
