Endo Velarde, 18COLORADO SPRINGS — A 10th person connected to the slayings of two Coronado High students was in custody Saturday night, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Endo “Sleepy” Velarde, 18, turned himself into authorities at the El Paso County jail. Velarde was wanted on suspicion of attempt to influence a public official in the double homicides of Derek Greer, 15, and Natalie Partida, 16. He was also booked on an outstanding warrant unrelated to the homicides.
Nine others have been arrested in connection to the killings, including two Friday.
