Denver authorities on Monday identified the 56-year-old man in the city’s Montclair neighborhood.

Henry Wagner was pronounced dead at Denver Health medical center. He died of gunshot wounds in what has been ruled a homicide, the medical examiner’s office said.

Wagner was shot before 9 p.m. Saturday near the 600 block of Olive Street. That’s near the intersection of Quebec Street and East Sixth Avenue.

No arrests in the killing have been announced. Denver police say they don’t believe the slaying was gang-related.
