A few weeks ago Morning Collective, an indulgent breakfast spot opening on Broadway helmed by the former executive chef at Snooze.
It opens today, which means that that pork belly benedict can step out of your dreams and into your belly.
The menu reads like breakfast porn — stuffed s’mores pancakes, tater tots with bacon aioli, coffee-rubbed thick cut bacon and molten-centered pistachio tres leches French toast.
So what are you waiting for? Go check it out and see if it lives up to its grand eggs-pectations. (Sorry not sorry).
