Mary Jane at Winter Park will stay open until April 30 thanks to mounting snowfall

Lifts and trails on the Winter Park side will still close on the originally scheduled closing weekend of April 22 and 23

The famous Mary Jane territory of will remain open until April 30 — a week later than planned — thanks to mounting end-of-season snowfall.

Lifts and trails on the Winter Park side will still close as originally scheduled on the weekend April 22 and 23.

“This will be the that Mary Jane’s season has been extended, meaning an extra week to enjoy her world-famous moguls, tree-skiing, and C-Lot parties,” the resort said in a news release Tuesday.  “Exact available lifts and terrain will be released closer to the extension.”

Lodging will still be available at the resort through Mary Jane’s closing and on April 29 there will be a Mary Jane-specific closing party with live music and drink specials.

Winter Park has received more than 280 inches of snow this season.
