The sketch was completed, the county sheriff’s office says, with the assistance of one of the indecent exposure victims.
The suspect in the indecent exposures is described by investigators as between 18 and 20 years old. He appeared to be about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. He had brown hair and was wearing a dark blue or black sweatshirt, and either sweatpants or blue jeans.
The incidents between 6:05 p.m. and 6:10 p.m. near East Iliff Avenue where it intersects with the trail, the county sheriff’s office says. Authorities believe the same suspect was involved in both incidents.
“Both victims indicate that they frequently use the High Line Canal and have not seen this man before,” the sheriff’s office said in a news release.

Investigators say they don’t know if the indecent exposures suspect is the same person , but the descriptions of the perpetrators are similar. In the assault case, the teen was jogging when a man attacked her from her behind.
The teen was able to fight the man off and escape without serious injury. The case is being investigated as an act of unlawful sexual contact and second-degree assault.
The assault and indecent exposures happened in an area where Arapahoe County borders Denver.
