Alright Rockies fans, it’s that time of year again when you think about getting yourself to Coors Field without a car.
The RockiesRide bus service will return for opening day Friday, providing service for all weekend home games and fireworks games, the Regional Transportation District said Thursday.

The express bus service shuttles fans between Coors Field and 10 Park-n-Ride locations in metro Denver and Boulder High School. RockiesRiders arrive 30-60 minutes before first pitch.
Round-trip fares range from $5.20 to $9 depending on where a rider hops on. All round-trip fares will be paid when boarding. No fares will be collected on the return trip. When taking the bus, look for a route number with the letter R.
The RockiesRide won’t be providing service along the Flatiron Flyer route along U.S. 36 this year, RTD spokesman Nate Currey said. Instead, Rockies fans in that area can take the Flatiron Flyer down to Union Station, he said.
