The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has signed an order allowing the two companies’ merger to proceed, WhiteWave announced Thursday.

“WhiteWave expects the closing of Danone’s acquisition of WhiteWave to occur within five business days from the date of the Courtap order on April 5, 2017,” the company said in a statement.

Paris-based Danone also owns yogurt brands Activa and Oikios and bottled water brands Aqua and Evian.

WhiteWave’s roster of brands includes Horizon Organic milk, Wallaby Organic yogurt, International Delight coffee creamer, Earthbound Farm packaged salad and Silk soy and almond milk.
