The Colorado Department of Corrections is working with state and local law enforcement to apprehend Vigil, who should be considered dangerous, according to a release. Vigil is about 5-foot-6 and weighs 160 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.
Vigil was convicted of fraud and criminal trespassing out of El Paso County and second-degree burglary out of Pueblo County.
