Todd Leopold, the first county manager for Adams County, resigned Tuesday after about four years in the driver’s seat of administrative leadership.
Leopold’s last day is slated to be April 28. He has not announced where he will go after leaving Adams County, and there are no details concerning a separation agreement between him and the county.

“Under Todd’s leadership, the county improved service delivery to residents while identifying operational efficiencies within the organization,” County Commissioner Eva Henry said in a statement.“We are grateful for the dedication and passion that Todd brought to the county and wish him well moving forward.”
