Colorado State Rams linebacker Hunter Donnelly was arrested Wednesday for violating a restraining order, according to booking records in Larimer County.

Redshirt freshman Hunter Donnelly of the Colorado State Rams football team.The 19-year-old redshirt freshman from Arlington, Texas, was also held on a domestic violence enhancement in connection to the incident, record showed.
Donnelly was suspended from the team “until we gather all the facts,” Rams coach . A sports department spokesman confirmed the suspension to The Denver Post.
The Coloradoan, which first reported the arrest, said Donnelly was due in court Friday. Details surrounding the circumstances of the linebacker’s arrest were not immediately released.
