Littleton Fire Rescue crews knocked down a blaze that broke out at a vacant home early Sunday.

At 7:16 a.m., the agency tweeted that crews were working the fire at 6477 W. Nova Drive in unincorporated Jefferson County.

The fire was reported at 6:21 a.m, and by the time crew arrived, the house was fully engulfed, Littleton Fire spokeswoman Jackie Erwin said.

“They didn’t go inside because of the amount of fire present when they got there,” she said.

Firefighters brought the fire under control quickly.

There were no injuries, and the cause is under investigation.
