Another restaurant has started serving in Stapleton’s Eastbridge development. Last week we told you about , and just yesterday—Next Door, from The Kitchen Restaurant Group, opened up.
Next Door personifies The Kitchen’s farm-to-table philosophy in the form of what they call urban casual. So basically, it’s bringing the farm to the city and you can wear flip flops.
Menu items are gourmet takes on basic items — think dressed-up burgers, salads and sandwiches with rotating daily specials.
Is it worth the trip out to the Stapleton ‘burbs? That depends on how much you value beet burgers and kale chips.
The Kitchen will also open a , which is expected in the fall.
