According to The Denver Post抖阴ap article, Denver Police Chief Robert White stated 鈥渢hat his department was not out to detain people living in this country illegally unless they have committed a crime.鈥� News flash for the chief: people living in this country illegally have violated immigration laws of the United States of America and thus have committed a crime.
