Legend trounced ThunderRidge 10-0 on Wednesday night at Double Angel Ballpark to claim at least a share of the Continental League title.

The No. 2 Titans (13-5, 7-3) rode a complete game shutout from senior Kyle Cardona, as well as a three-run homer by sophomore catcher Jake Greiving and a two-run homer by outfielder Kian Manmano, en route to the five-inning, mercy-rule win.

Meanwhile, Tim McIntyre was pegged with the loss for ThunderRidge (10-8, 6-4) as the Grizzlies — who are ranked 16th in the latest RPI — look ahead to a battle with No. 4 Rocky Mountain before the playoffs begin.

Legend currently sits atop the league standings, while Heritage, Mountain Vista, Regis Jesuit and Douglas County are all one win behind at 6-3 — thus, those four squads all have one league game left to play. The Titans beat Mountain Vista, Douglas County and Regis Jesuit but lost to Heritage.
