
A 36-year-old man who pleaded guilty last summer after a surveillance camera caught him in the act has been sentenced to 18 months of probation, authorities say.
was also ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation and be treated if it’s deemed necessary, according to the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office. When the penalty was handed down last month, Brown was also mandated to undergo monitored sobriety and take a boundaries class, said Pam Russell, a spokeswoman for the office.
