Denver’s favorite TV couple has called it quits.
that Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell, who met on “The Bachelor” in 2016 and got engaged on the show, have called it quits.
“It is with heavy hearts we announce our decision to go our separate ways,” the couple said in a statement to People.
The relationship was—filled with drama from the beginning when Higgins was the first “Bachelor” to tell both of his final two women he loved them. In the end, he proposed to Bushnell, who accepted, and the two moved into Higgins’ Denver home.
In that time, Higgins got—,——and threw out the first pitch at a Rockies game, and the—couple shot their own reality TV show “Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After” in the city.
