The Post Brewing Company, known equally well for its fried fowl as for its Great American Beer Festival medal-winning beers, is opening a second location in Boulder this fall, according to a representative from the restaurant. (The Post also runs Chicken & Beer outposts in and Longmont.)
It will take over Shine Restaurant & Gathering Place’s spot on 13th Street. Shine will move east to to 2480 Canyon Blvd.
With a full brewery and event space, The Post Boulder will have plenty of room to sling chicken and beer to Boulder carnivores. Oh you lucky carnivores, you.
