Hopefully University of Colorado officials will read the commentary by Denver Post sportswriter Mark Kiszla and create greater incentive to protect women.
But it seems that new leadership with independent oversight is needed to change the prevailing culture. CU has become a scandal-plagued university like Penn State. At least officials there were replaced and jailed.
