A day before the Koch retreat begins, Vice President Mike Pence is scheduled to appear in Colorado Springs at a series of events, including a fundraiser for U.S. Sen. Cory Gardner.
A spokesman for Gardner did not return a message about whether Gardner will attend the Koch retreat, as he did .
