Police notes from the weekend as reported by
A homeless man threatened another man with a large ax on the 2200 block of Main street Friday. One man was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail.
A woman was bitten in the face by a dog while in the dog owner’s home Friday. The dog owner was issued a summons and the dog was quarantined. The victim was transported to Longmont United Hospital.
Police investigated a report of the sexual exploitation of a child that occurred on the 200 block of Collyer Street Friday. The case is open and has been referred to the detective division.
A vehicle break-in on the 2300 block of Collyer Street was reported to police at 8 a.m. Friday.
A report of identity theft and theft was taken by Longmont police on the 6000 block of Fox Hill Drive Friday.
Longmont police responded to a disturbance call at in the 1100 block of Emery Street at 6 p.m. Friday.
