A motorcyclist who had the right of way at a Denver intersection was killed in a collision late Monday after a car slammed into the motorcycle, according to Denver police.
The name of the victim and the man who faces charges have not been released.
The crash happened at the intersections of Yale Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard, according to a 10:12 p.m. Denver police tweet.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
