A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a Denver arsonist.

Early Tuesday morning a sports bar, Shepes Bar and Grill, 7800 E. Colfax Ave., was set on fire, and video surveillance images show a man in the area at 5:30 a.m., just before the fire, according to a Denver Fire Department news release. No one was injured in the fire.

On Friday, fire investigators released photos of the man, who is considered a suspect.

The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is aiding Denver fire investigators in the case.

Anyone with information on the fire, or who recognizes the man in the photos, is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867 (STOP); or call the ATF’s Tip Line at 1-800-283-4867 (ATF-GUNS).
