A 26-year-old man has pleaded guilty to assaulting two women in separate attacks on the High Line Canal Trail.

Demaricus Bookhart pleaded guilty July 20 to aggravated robbery, attempt to commit sexual assault and menacing, all felonies, according to the Denver district attorney’s office.

The attacks happened  Aug. 18 and Aug. 26, 2016, and Bookhart was the second incident. One victim was injured, and a stolen iPod belonging to a victim was recovered from Bookhartap possession.

He faces a possible 30 years in prison on the robbery conviction, along with 10 years of sex offender supervised probation on the sexual assault and menacing convictions.

Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 28.
