A 60-year-old man has been identified as the person whose River and Cherry Creek.
Gregory Coy was found face down after several witnesses called 911 reporting that two men had disappeared in the river early Tuesday morning.
The cause of Coy’s death is pending.
Firefighters are investigating how Coy ended up in the water, said Capt. Gregory Pixley, Denver Fire Department spokesman.
