Denver police are investigating a shooting that injured a man Saturday just before 9 a.m. near South Federal Boulevard and West Alameda Avenue.
Police did not know the severity of the man’s injuries right away in the morning. He has been transported to a hospital. West Alameda Avenue has been closed at South Decatur Street.
The shooting suspect is described as a thin man wearing a green jacket. He is believed to have fled in a silver sedan.
