The Rockies will use a pair of 22-year-old Venezuelan rookies for two difficult pitching matchups in an interleague series at Cleveland, starting with Marquez. Kluber has been outstanding this season, as expected. In his last outing, the 31-year-old pitched a complete game against the Yankees, giving up just one run on three hits. Marquez, lately, has shown that kind of potential, throwing with a kind of controlled fire that sparked in a benches-clearing incident against Pittsburgh last month.
