Woman stabs man’s head. Just before midnight July 4 police responded to reports of a stabbing at a house in the 3500 block of South Pennsylvania Street, Englewood. According to police, a woman and man were arguing when she began punching him. She then stabbed him twice in the head with a knife. He refused medical attention on the scene. She was arrested for assault.
Teenager with illegal gun. Police contacted a 15-year-old male while he sat in a car in Cushing Park, 700 W. Dartmouth Ave., Englewood, after the park had closed for the day July 11. He had bullets in his pockets and a stolen gun in the car, police say. He was arrested for possession of a firearm by a previous offender.
Tussle at Tavern. Police arrested a man for punching the manager of the Tavern Littleton bar, 2589 W. Main St., Littleton, July 29. According to a police report, the manager asked a group of drunk, unruly people to leave. One of them spit on the front door once outside. When the manager opened it to tell the man who spit to stop, another member of the party approached him with his fist cocked, the report said. The manager punched this individual. The spitter then punched the manager in the face and fled. He was arrested for assault nearby.
Key and peel. A woman who works at a business in the 7800 block of East Dorado Place, Greenwood Village, reported her car was keyed Aug. 3. The front and rear bumpers had scratch marks and paint chips peeling off, according to a police report. The victim had no idea who may have done it.
