These days, craft beer is to Colorado what sunshine is to … well, Colorado. It’s everywhere. It occasionally comes in shades of gold or amber. The similarities go on and on. Arapahoe County boasts a fine roster of craft breweries doing individual takes on ales, lagers, porters and more. We can’t list them all here, but we can highlight a handful. (Note: We left specific hours of operation out of this story to provide space for more breweries. Call ahead or visit the breweries’ websites to verify hours.)
