Parker police are looking for a man who tried to entice an 11-year-old student walking home from school to get into his minivan.
The incident happened at about 3:15 p.m. Wednesday on Bradbury Ranch Drive near East West Regional Trail, according to a police department news release.
The driver asked the girl if she needed a ride and he then tried to entice her into the van, police said. The student ran away and last saw the van turning on to Firebrick Drive.
The suspect is described as an older man with an average build, gray and white hair, with a beard the same color, but no mustache. The top of his head is bald. The man was wearing black framed sun glasses and a white T-shirt. He has a gray or blue tattoo on the top of his lower left arm.
The minivan is two-tone, silver on the top and black on the bottom. The lower body appeared muddy. Boxes were stacked in a back seat along with clothes hangers and clothes hung from a roof handle on the passenger side of the front seat.
