U.S. Sen. Cory Gardner is slated to hold a town hall meeting with constituents Friday morning on the Western Slope.
The Colorado Republican will be at Colorado Mesa University’s Robinson Theatre in the Moss Performing Arts Center in Grand Junction from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Doors for the public event open at 9 a.m.
“Constituents are encouraged to arrive early, as space is limited,” Gardner’s office .

At Gardner’s earlier in-person town halls, that peppered him with questions about health care, immigration and the environment, among other topics.
Gardner made news on Tuesday after he joined his Democratic counterpart from Colorado, U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet, and give them a pathway to citizenship — a major shift for Gardner.
The decision came on the heels of the Trump administration’s announcement that , an Obama-era program that protects many of these same immigrants from removal proceedings.
